Professora auxiliar de inglês, CLIL, linguagem e ensino digital nas Universidades de Nápoles e Viterbo. Também é professora de inglês no ensino secundário formadora, e-tutor, moderadora e autora de cursos online, MOOCs.

É formadora de professores, e-tutor, moderadora de fóruns e autora de e-courses, MOOCs, objetos de aprendizagem e conteúdos digitais com referência particular à multimodalidade, questões emergentes e tecnologias de ensino para novos grupos-alvo (professores do ensino pré-primário e primário). Dá formação em regime presencial, e-learning e b-learning. Desenvolve pesquisas sobre PLE / PLN e no ensino de ESL e EFL através da multimédia e CALL / MALL / MALU, é autora de numerosos ensaios sobre didática, e-learning, e-tutoria, ensino digital e literatura inglesa, bem como de revisões e traduções. Ela tem quatro mestrados em ensino multimédia, e-learning e e-tutoria. Ela também é uma especialista qualificada no campo de projetos e avaliação escolar da ERASMUS, e atualmente é tanto uma Gerente Institucional de Garantia da Qualidade como editora do boletim TESOL Itália. Foi professora principal para a Itália em nome do INDIRE para os projectos Creative Classroom Labs e MENtep (European Schoolnet) e é agora embaixadora nacional para a EUN Teacher Academy. Actualmente, está a trabalhar com o CLIL como uma nova abordagem à aprendizagem de línguas e desenvolveu materiais CLIL e organizou cursos de formação de professores no local e on-line a nível nacional / internacional para melhorar a metodologia CLIL.

Daniela Cuccurullo is an adjunct Professor of English, CLIL, Language and Digital teaching at the Universities of Naples and Viterbo and a Secondary School teacher of English.

She is a teacher trainer, e-tutor, forum moderator and author of e-courses, MOOCs, learning objects and digital contents with particular reference to multimodality, emerging issues and teaching technologies for new target groups (pre-service, primary and subject school teachers). She uses both traditional face-to-face methods and e-learning paths in blended training. Engaged in research on PLE/PLN and on teaching ESL and EFL through multimedia and CALL/MALL/MALU, she is the author of numerous essays on didactics, e-learning, e-tutoring, digital teaching and English literature, as well as of reviews and translations. She has four Master’s degrees in Multimedia teaching, e-learning and e-tutoring. She is also a qualified expert in the field of ERASMUS projects and school evaluation, and is currently both an Institutional Quality Assurance Manager and the editor of the TESOL Italy newsletter. She was lead teacher for Italy on behalf of INDIRE for the projects Creative Classroom Labs and MENtep (European Schoolnet) and she is now National Ambassador for EUN Teacher Academy. At present she is working with CLIL as a new approach to language learning and has developed CLIL materials and organized onsite and online teacher-training courses at national/international levels to enhance CLIL methodology.
